the plans
Pick a pace, not a model tier
Every plan gets the same model lineup — the tiers only differ in how many credits you get and how fast you can spend them. What a request costs depends on the model and how much text you send, and your console shows that cost per request.
every plan includes
top-ups
Ran hot this month? Top up.
Top-ups convert at face value, only start burning after the monthly allowance is spent, and stay valid for 12 months — heavy months borrow from light ones, not from your card.
- Top-up $10
- 1,000 credits
- Top-up $25
- 2,500 credits
- Top-up $50
- 5,000 credits
how billing behaves
Designed to be explainable
Opaque credit products make you file a ticket to learn where your money went. These four rules are the whole system.
A credit is a cent
1 credit = $0.01, permanently — the exchange rate never moves.
Every tier's allowance is worth more than its price: $19 on Pro buys 2,500 credits ($25 of face value). That's deliberate.
Three separate limits
Monthly allowance, spending pace (5-hour and 7-day windows), and per-model-group caps.
They mean different things and your plan page shows them separately, so you always know which one you hit and what to do about it.
Top-ups that behave
Face-value conversion, 12 months validity, carry over between months.
Top-ups are only spent after the monthly allowance is used — and unlike the allowance, purchased credits can be spent on any model.
Seats that scale
Adding a seat takes effect immediately, prorated, with the full credit grant.
Removing a seat takes effect next cycle. Credits pool; pace limits and concurrency stay per member so teammates never block each other.
